right front wheel rolling sound

hi BMW bros,

my car has right front wheel rolling sound, get louder whn drive through a left bend. any bros has this experience. any recommanded WS for diagnosis & repair?

spotted wet base cover below engine, suspect engine oil leak. any recommanded WS for this problem?

is a E90, 31Aug2006, mileage 83kkm. I got this car on 3Jan2011. Last weekend just replaced leak radiator.

maybe tyre problem. for oil leak, you can check out BVO. reliable service.

I chg to new tire so can delete this possibility.
Is BVO charges reasonable?
