Replacing engine mounting and suspension for 2AT

Anyone has good recommendation of workshop to replace engine mounting and suspension for 2AT? Was told by workshop that engine mounting can only last 3 to 4 years because of 3-cylinder engine which vibrates more. Suspension also needs to change since car is more than 5 years old.

I think that you better find another workshop to check 1st before just replacing stuff that doesn't need replacing.

I reckon the workshop guy just use rule of thumb. No different from guideline of changing engine oil after 10,000km.

Bro, thanks for your advice. That is why I am trying to check here whether anyone has good recommended workshop so that I can send in my car to validate whether the items need to be replaced.
