Passenger floor area wet

Hi , would like to seek advices with regards to the above mentioned.
I have went to a workshop and manage to clear some water (according to the mechanic) and was told that there were some coloured substances and likely the coils choked and require to replace. Not sure if their actions taken were sufficient to determine that, cos they just remove one plug hole underneath and then said water flows out from there....
Appreciate your valuable advices and tips to the above

thank you all

No info regarding your car make model and year. I don't see how one can expect random people to make an educated guess vs an actual workshop that has worked on your car.

Is a common problem in 5,6 & 7 series. Nothing to do with coils whatsoever. Is the grommets (yellow color pce) that cause the water seepage into the rear passenger seat area.

The most affected area is the front passenger seat. The rear I can’t feel any wetness.
just to check how can clear it?

mad the workshop I went told me they clear already and water came out and told me the coil spoilt

In addition, at times my air con will not feel cool and then after a while, it became cool again.
