but I'm slowly seeing the light at end of tunnel. What is the point of native sporeans vs foreigners? At the end of the day (perpetually speaking), there will not be a Singaporean or an FT. There will only be 'inhabitants' of this country in steady state (for those who study physics, you know this term) regardless of blue, red or black passports.
Abit like how birds and dinosaurs did their mass migrations from one part of the world to another to evade poor weather or to breed, we humans in Singapore are doing the same here for survival. On hindsight, gurus talked about globalisation and its impact 15 years ago. Only now we see the full force of globalisation in this country. Interesting that it takes this long....
This article sums up how someone has given up. But I'm more positive. I will like to view this change as an enlightment, regardless of some shitty MIW ministars or their sub-zero policies in some national matters.
