Cars in S'pore is defintely cheaper but with the COE is it still?

Accessories and parts for sure is cheaper ... quite interested with the upgrade of 8.8" LCD ..... the base model in Malaysia, i.e. 320i and 320d comes with 6.5" LCD only .... looks really OUT in such as upmarket car ....
