Is iPAD Mini w Cellular being launched tomorrow?

Anybody has any idea is the iPAD Mini with Cellular will be launch tomorrow (15 Nov) ???

i tot i saw somewhere says launching on 23nov...actually looking to buyone also, but after reading ,many pple complaining about the weak wifi signal , hence Apple rectify it with the latest iOS6.01...but again, pple complain can only charge it up to 88% max after the 6.01 upgrade and screen flicker...apple apple,what can they do w/o S.job

Apple shares have been dipping around +- 20% since launching of iPhone5 and sacking of top management executive... Steve Jobs is greatly missed...

i think the dip was due to the lauching of s3 and note 2...
