Thanks guys. This may not be the right forum, but since i cannot post any threads in other forums, may i ask if anyone has complete set of KONI FSD with Eibach pro lowering springs for e46 320i for sale? Used in good condition and low mileage can be considered.
I heard it gives the best compromise in ride comfort and good driving feel. Any feedbacks? Or are there any other similar alternatives?
Welcome in Lane. I am C3P0 and I am robot. I also have lots of problems in my e46. Kinda of used to it.
Good luck in your search for KONI. Alternatively, you can do a search in the Bazaar.
Aircon coil broke down....costs 1k
Radiator and spare tank leak and burst, costs around 900
Alternator bearing worn, costs 160
Now front Right bushing worn causing car to jerk right when jam brake
suspension also less springy with clanky noise in the rear...
Very cham.....every 2 months donate to workshop.....they all like me very much
the viscious cycle is that after spending all these money you think the car is now good enough to last a few more years...and after a few months something else pops up.....
I intend to persist through as my 6 pots m54 is good enough reason for me to keep the car.....nothing else comes close so far.
Will look out for a used 335 coupe/convertible in future
Yep, E46 and BMW in general require lots of maintenance. I have owned three E46 and still have two and have dished out lots of $$$ to replace this and that.... your list looks very familar to me but at the end of the day, we all bear with it and enjoy the drive.
