Help!!! The alignment for my rear wheels are off!!

Hi all,

Need some advice on my F10. Change my tires yesterday as one of my rear tyres are punctured. Realized there was a big tear on it. No wonder i am not able to pump air into it....
After the change for 4 new tyres, i noticed that the alignment on my rear wheels looked off. The wheel which had the punctured tyre are more slanted compared to the other one.
Can someone advised on the consequences if i did not get the problem fixed and how do i fixed this problem?

Changing tyres (same size, same brand, same width) needs no re-alignment. Balancing would have been done by the tyre shop.

In general, if there is no change in camber/castor/toe, no need in alignment.
