If you want us to comment, best to put up some pictures.... On whether the bumper is stock or not, hence the poor quality, it really depends on many factors such as:
1. Has it been 'rubbed' from below before?
2. Has the car been in an accident before?
3. How fast were you going when you scrapped the front?
4. How fast were you reversing when you tried to exit?
Let us know.... and some pics would be nice too.....

most bumpers r cliped on,.....to secure it back..if the clips r not broken..they shud be easy...to respray entire bumper will be about 200 bucks. if the clips r broken..some workshops can glue it back or screw it back. go into resource folder look for sim wee chuan....mike whud help u....small thing...dun worry.
