F30 unable to measure engine oil in iDrive.

Dear bros,

measuring my F30 engine oil but notice the measuring stop when the % is approx 15%. Just done my servicing though. First time encounter this issue. Any bros got prior similar experiences?
I measured after I travel approx 60km. Well. I guess the temperature of the oil will be “good to measure” Unless I’m wrong.

Any advice from bros here ?

1. Not correct temperature.
2. Not level ground.
3. Incorrect oil filter
4. Missing part on the oil filter housing ( Taken from an F30 forum - The oil filter housing consists of 2 parts. The part that has the small O ring was what was found to be missing. So I think the first garage took out the oil filter and the part with the small O ring came off with it. Then both ended up in the garbage. When I took it to BMW specialist, he found there was a part missing. )
