Esso Plat 5%(site discount)+8%(card discount)... I'm still evaluating which petrol gives me the best mileage... So far tested shell, caltex and now Esso...

Citibank Dividend card:
site discount (5%) + credit card discount (5%) + cashback (5%, effectively 4.5% of total petrol price) = 14.5% discount

I switched to Esso from Shell due to the following reasons:-

1. Shell's much touted Fuel Save petrol actually increased my petrol consumption
2. Shell increased the number of rewards points for redemption making it crappy
3. I have Citibank card and get 10% discount (5% on site and 5% Citicard discount)
4. My nearby Esso station got chio bu minah cashier

Any bro on Esso Speedpass? Anyway good? Seems good by beating the long quene at the cashier but like no security one... No password entry or what... Skali I drop and some clowns go pump a petrol truck of petrol and I will be siao liao :yikess::yikess::yikess:

lately pump attendance is prc... spc at havelock prc pump girl... not bad think after midnight she rotate to sar lau?

If u use the DBS Esso platinum card , with jumping tiger picture, total discount is 18%.

Citibank plat gives me 15% at esso. Direct cash discount.

Uob at shell only give me 5%cash and 5% uni$

Hence I switched to esso.
