Engine transmission drivetrain error

1)Had changed 4 spark plugs with PML in Mar 2020
2) had changed num 2 ignition coil with PML in Oct 2019

the damn error appear briefly yesterday. Could it be ignition coil again? Which workshop can help?

Hello, did you manage to find any good workshop. I did my servicing at Carros Tec Auto Centre. #04-61... So far the price quite ok. Cheaper that Optima
