They are there everyday during the restricted hours. Sometime, some drivers just trying thieir luck by taking the short cut at those times. So, who to blame?

The guy is just doing his job...why use racial stereotyping. Do you guys think he enjoys standing in the hot sun an videotapping traffic offenders. I sure someone complained abt the way ppl drive in this area n this guys was assigned to do this. My 2cts.

I really can't comprehend LTA must impose bus lane hours at that slip road (less than 50 meters) for decades and until now me still catch no ball with a big "?".
This slip road will lead you to Lorong Chuan and from there do a left turn hit AMK Ave 1, do a right turn you see Yio Chu Kang Road. (Most drivers will turn to Yio Chu kang Road if using that slip road)
If remove bus lane hours restriction (especially from 5 ~ 8 pm) from the slip road will free up some vehicles move to CTE then filter back to AMK Ave 1 or Serangoon Ave 1/Central, Serangoon Garden Estate, Yio Chu kang Road.
Knn, LTA please tell me more about why CTE so congested during peak hours.......kiat sim!

LTA does not have any, they just did not specify if 'out-sourced' agency does it. So from another angle, LTA is not wrong since those enforcement officer's pay master is not LTA nor the ministry nor stat boards but a Pte Ltd...
