E60 Right Trunk Shock Replacement

Hi, Trunk shocks need replacing as boot does not open fully. Understand Eng Soon sells original and China made. Anyone got feedback on the China made ones as about a third of the price of original. Thanks in advance.

I had the same question to the workshop when replacing engine, GB mount and castor arm recently.
They gave me 2 quotes, 1 original and one OEM. Price diff is about 300 in total.
Their comment was both are fine. The only diff is your songness and affordability.

Its a boot strut not an essential item. Eng Soon doesn't sell crap stuff so buy with confidence. All their stuff comes with warranty as well.
