E46 M3 Supersprint cat remove need help

Guys, need some help please. I thinking of getting the Supersprint Cat. remove pipes 787512 as the picture below. But my worry is will the engine check light show up?
Anyone one here using it?

I hv no experience in the SS mid pipes but I guess similar solution applied when I fitted my UUC mid Rasp-X which essentially "removed" the two cats too...

From the factory, there are couple of sensors which are connected to the twin cats and when I fitted the UUC one, I had to get the sensors welded back onto the new pipes. Final result, no engine check light.

I think u will have to do the same else those two pieces of sensors will be dangling ard and potentially, will cause engine check light to come on

Do you have a picture for the UUC mid Rasp-X?
Anyway, if you look at the Supersprint pipes already have the place for the sensors.

I dont hv the pic, but Wilman2272 does

Then u just connect those OEM sensors to the mid pipes and u r fine I m sure
FYI, UUC ones dont hv the sensor holes ready so I had to get them created.

Just got confirmation from Jeep Chee that the engine check light will show up even with the Supersprint metalic cat.
By the way, what did you mod your M3?

i'm using the supersprint and yes, the light is still on..:angry:
din't give a damn about the light at all as i thought it would only be a orange colour icon on the dash but after got the ECU remap, the engine light is actually limiting the performance of the car at high rpm...:furious:
