Converting e60 yellow eyebrows to white

Does anyone know any local workshop that converts the yellow eyebrows to white? Any way to replace this orange light with white? - BMW M5 Forum and M6 Forums

Ebay selling this module. Need professional to change it or you can DIY if you dare to explore.

I suppose any audio shop will be able to do it if you provide them the material and manual.
