Concierge parking at Orchard Central? Beware

Anyone tried the concierge parking at Orchard Central?

Last weekend, I went to KPO (next to Orchard Central) and have a drink. When about to drive off from the KPO car park, I realized the exit was blocked by two cars. After waiting for 15 minutes I decided to get down from my car and find out where are the two drivers that parked their cars without considering others.

I suddenly saw this man walked to one of the car and stared at me. He is actually from Orchard Central concierge parking service. He give me a stare again and drove the car off so I can exit.

My question is why they parked illegally and not in OC carpark since OC is providing this service? Wonder how many times they drove the car when the owner let them have the car key. I would not allow that. What happen it get into accident?

2) Since OC is notorious for their tight carpark, i think the valet don't dare to park there also haha

Actually the OC carpark is pretty damn wide. The ramps may be a bit narrow, but the area leading up to the ramp is so wide that you can pretty much straighten out your car before it hits the ramp and there is enough space to totally exit the ramp before having to make the next turn.

It's just that the design/flow is the most nincompoop-ish I've ever come across. The whole building is just completely form over function.

never trusted valet parking....

you never know where they park, how they park, who they piss off.... how they handle your car.

i dont trust valet either unless no brainer parking in front of hotel, etc

never trust valet.... even if anything happen to your car.. they already got umbrella in case u spray/sue them....
