depends if you're comparing engine classes only, or taking into account car size and overall categories i guess. isn't the A5 supposed to be a little more roomy and luxury focused than the E92/93? either way...great shootout...

depends if you're comparing engine classes only, or taking into account car size and overall categories i guess. isn't the A5 supposed to be a little more roomy and luxury focused than the E92/93? either way...great shootout...

Interestingly, i compared the specs in both brochures, although the new A5/S5 is slightly bigger in exterior dimensions than the E92 Coupe, the interior of the A5/S5 is actually smaller (the rear headroom is almost like the 6-series coupe, quite tight).

Interior design of the new A5/S5 is cool though.

335 vs S5 is fair comparison tho on paper, the S5 credentials all look much juicier.
But the real key is the performance comparison and both are very similar.

The RS5 then (if any) should be paired with the E92M3, much like the RS4.

Some like some hate so there is always a mixed answer for this

But honestly, I think it's not that bad...Just dont like the huge grill/nostril that much that is all but the rest of the car is very nice IMO. The interior for sure, wins over BMW.

At first I thot the S5 could beat the E46M3 but...since S5 can't beat 335 convincingly, then it's surely no contender to E46M3 despite the former being V8, Quattro, 350bhp..:nehnehhh:
But I must say the pricing is quite attractive at ard 250k tho

Price-wise, S5 is close to the 335 in Spore context. The E92 M3 shd be compared to the RS5.
