Anyone experiences hesitate and jerk when changing from P to D, N to D and R to D

Changed original ATF 3 months ago and now my 218AT having hesitation and jerk when changing gear from P to D, N to D and R to D. Does anyone have the same issue before?
 
1. After changing ATF, could be still have trapped air/bubbles inside the closed system. ATF change not done thoroughly enough?

2. mechatronics going to up lorry soon. If 5 years old or more, very highly likely
 
No need to speculate too much, just bring it back to where they did the service to check. Simplest cause is insufficient fluid used.
