JB is better I guess since they made good power outta the previous N55 in the E9X :lol::lol: They can support bigger turbo setups also whahahhaa but is it avail? Tot they said still in development? Only the N20 has options now :lol::lol:

Just sharing some of the posted figures... All for N20

Hartge
HP gain = 45 hp
Trq gain = 48 ft-lbs

Juicebox
HP gain = 30 hp
Trq gain = 40 nm

TMC TMC Motorsport - Car Products

Trq gain = 100 ft-lbs

Not sure zhun or not... or the TMC one is with supporting mods... The other 2 claims to be gains purely by the chip itself... For the JB i can vouch, it really does give another 30 - 50 nm...


100 ft-lbs of TQ will name the car 485 (much higher than 335 even man...)

Gotta measure such on the dyno, whp gains are more impt to know tho typical drivetrain loss is ard 20%?

And there r happy dynos ard. Best is a map tat caters to our climate as well, note that most tunes come from cold countries and if they dun adjust the ambient accordingly, u r just using a map tat aint peaked for Singapore/Msia conditions :lol:

If TMC can produce 100 for the N20, prob they can do 100+ for the 335, which is ridiculous based on a basic tune (everything else deemed oem). But maybe miracles do happen whahahhaahahahaaaa :lol::lol::lol:

A tune up definitely adds more stress to the engine, gearbox etc. With mods the car runs faster, not definitely better. The usual maintenance might need a more regular regime and of cos expect more parts to wear out faster.

The usual mod dun scare, scared dun mod applies.

Anyway the usual mod siaos dun keep their cars beyond 3 yrs so whats the issue hahahahhahaaa :lol::lol::lol:

Stock is the best.

Alpina B3s produces 400hp & 540NM torque from N54 block with twin turbo.

I would expect nothing less from F30 Alpina B3. Anyway, its base price is slightly higher than E9x 335 in Germany.

The Alpina might use a different twin-scroll turbo and a better exhaust setup to get all that power out, not a simple tune in the market.

Its like ABT for Audis, these wonderful guys sell done up cars, not products alone :dance:

As Alpina whore, i m hurt that u put Alpina on the same league as ABT.

ABT is a tuner.

Alpina is a car manufacturer. Very likely to be twin scroll twin turbo N55 with Akra exhaust. Alpina is a GT unlike ///M.
