Re: Rattling sound from rear seats I see tt you're driving a E39. My Ex E46 had this rear seat area problem also. Happened to be the vents at the rear panels ( where Speaker board and the rear windscreen meets) causing the squeaks and creaks. Nudge it a little, harder and very hard...sound...

Re: Sound while accelerating If it's really from your radio, 1st qn is have you upgraded your ice? If so then some audio wiring might have caused interference. Or the cross over, or the resistor etc.... Go back to your audio shop, if not then go to one that you can find in the resource page.
