HI I am thinking of trading in my e46 318i and am thinking of getting back similar car. whats the diff between the 318i and the 320i? apart from less power, its still the same engine detuned? anyone tuned it back? what else did BMW skimp on? Thanks ken

Re: TWM Warranty Kwang auto their engineer are from china apprenticeship most are clueless apart from normal servicing. Otherwise they will screw up the repair job. Last time one of the mechanic cracked my engine crank case cover while removing it to change the seal . Ended up use putty...

Hi Guys, Does anyone know approx how much to do a top bottom overhaul on a regulart 6 cyclinder engine? The con rod would be inspected, piston rings changed, con rod bearings replaced, valve seal all changed. Thanks Ken

Re: How do you know ur Suspension is "up the lorry"? you will know, if fronts, you will know when driving when the spring rate is different between the 2 you will feel the steering twitching on minor bumps. others also the shocks are softer causing more travel in the piston on sharp...

Re: Lower 320i while maintaining comfort lower and comfort with adjustable height, KW v1 or Suspension Techniques. Both are the same but the ST is cheaper coz they use galvanised steel instead of Stainless.

Re: Running different tyre size Hi Again Pengful, its on the outside, fender, where the banana skin is so if you looking from the driver perpective, the top right corner. struts are fine. its possible that my koni and eibach springs are getting soft. so on dips on the road it rubs...
