    Latest fix. N20 PCV Diaphragm, a known weak point and happily DIY in 10 mins with only a flat screwdriver. This is mine at 108000kms.

    Happened to me before. Do the free and easy things 1st , Check coolant level is sufficient and try bleeding system.
