I bought a 9 years old 523i 2 years ago. Renewed the COE for another 10 years. Been driving it close to 3 years now. Never spend more than 3k maintaining it so far. One of the best car i have ever owned. The last of the 6 cylinders NA. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Overhaul the ZF gearbox costs about 3k. For me i just put aside some cash for repairs. So when it happens, i am already prepared for it.

Test drove a highline just now. Car has slight vibrations. Is this normal? Other than that, i get 6 months warranty for engine and gearbox.

Guys...im looking to get a 10 year old 523i with 190000km done. Dealer will change for me new gearbox upon confirmation with warranty. Is it advisable?

10 year old M-Sport with 1 owner. 130000km. But doesnt come with those fierce bodykit. And stock exhaust, not those quad exhaust. But does have sunroof though. Either this or a fully done up highline but 2 owners already and mileage not indicated.

Anyone can tell me what is the difference between M sports and the normal highline?
