Just realise that whenever I brake, there is metal "Grinding" noise from rear wheels!!! Any bro has any idea what causes this and how to rectiffy the issue? thanks

Hello, bros, Part of parquet floor in bedroom is damaged due to water seepage from bathroom. anyone knows good shop/technician to repair affected area? I checked with two shops but both of them recommended grinding the whole floor, which I think not necessary as basic condition is still new...
