Best is for you to get the AGM battery, which is expensive. However, if you choose to use third party non-agm battery, you would end up screwing your FEM modules & etc... To put in simply, further damage. I don't think ES carries the AGM battery as last i heard, it is a controlled item by BMW...
I believe the brakes need to be warmed up, which is why most of the sounds come when you first cold start the car & if you were to break lightly. I personally have no issues like any of these on my current F30 though.
Not really, depends on your surrounding environment. Singapore's streetlights don't really reflect much. Coming from a 5GT perspective. I tend to look at my HUD a lot more than the speedo's. So if you have HUD, then no point getting this.

First, your car needs to have the Active Park Assist.
Secondly, you'll need to turn on the parking sensors and "tick" the icon that has the P with steering wheel.
Travel at slow speed (less than 20km/h).
Flip on signal to the side that you're looking to park.
When car detects a big enough...
IMHO, BMW isn't really built for reliability, so the merc is probably better at that. But BM is definitely the best in terms of driving pleasure and feel.
