[VIDEO] BMW 3.0 CSL Live At The Nurburgring

Teased for the first time in 2020, the 3.0 CSL dream car is now a reality. Here is the first footage of the BMW 3.0 CSL live from the Nurburgring.

BMW hinted the making of this dream car back in 2020. At first, it felt like the Bavarians are only hoping to create this masterpiece. However, after a year, we learn that BMW was dead serious about bringing the 3.0 CSL into life. Watch the video and check out the BMW 3.0 CSL gracing The Green Hell.

Let us discuss first the rumored specifications and design. Here, in this video, BMW 3.0 CSL is wearing its factory camouflage. This camouflage is covered with dozens of images of well-known BMW models. It is fairly different from other factory armor that wraps prototypes of incoming bimmers. Nevertheless, the 3.0 CSL is part of BMW’s celebrations, thus, this amazing design is not surprising at all.

It is rumored that BMW based the 3.0 CSL on the new M4 CSL. But the difference is that it has a coach-built body.  On its front, its kidney grilles resemble those on the 3.0 CSL Hommage concept. The new 3.0 CSL will sport quad exhausts and a sleek-looking rear wing. Also, a wide stance for the rear.

When it does have an official debut, the BMW 3.0 CSL will include a modified S58 engine from the M4 CSL. This will produce about 560 horsepower. It will also get a rear-wheel drive and six-speed manual transmission. Sadly, these are the only available options. Meanwhile, its price has changed multiple times over the past few months.

We expect BMW to have limited production for this bimmer. This is typically the case with coach-built projects. Also, we’ve heard the rumor that there will only ever be 50 cars produced.

Don’t lose your chance. Meanwhile, watch the BMW 3.0 CSL live at the Nurburgring.
