Z4 Facelift

Interested in giving a 2004 Z4 a front bumper facelift to the Z4M model.

Saw this post which inspired me to do so.

how long more u gonna keep this car? if ur in it for the long term would definitely urge u to do it. the bumpers gives it a much more agressive look.

Nope no fog lamps, Replaced by brake ducts. ISNT THAT COOL?


Was thinking of maybe sticking some LED or smth there if i were to do the facelift.

Gonna head down to SWC to check it out...

Very nice. You should - especially if you're keeping it more than 2 years.

I've seen a pre-FL getting the Z4M update even with the hood. Looks fantastic!

Woahhhh awesome. Yeah was thinking of doing something like that as well. I'll start with the front bumper first i guess.

if u have decided to go with it, do the full kit. have the front and not the sides and rear would look funny IMO.

Yup got the quotations from SWC. Will do it soon i guess. Need to get my Rims first haha. He said the full kit looks better and it's more worth it. Awesome

what rims u going for? Maybe can go for black OZ's like ryan's

Got the black Oz previously on mine.......its fine. The side skirts make a big difference in the looks...gives it a wider stance. And getting it as a entire kit may be more cost effective (in general) ........

Yup entire kit is definitely more worth the money. Where did you get your Oz from ehh?

Go OZ, value for $, for better driveability go staggered and 18" is recommended.
BBS is another alternative,how much Mike quoted u the Z M kit,i suppose the price shd be lower considering it's now an dated model

Oh the z4m front bumper will set me back $2.5k-ish with installation etc. And i didn't get OZ though. Got Breytons instead.

Breytons, is is the new design, kinda popular , GTS type with concave or sunken in look? Or the meshy type?

Yup It's GTS.

I've seen one on a M3 parking at Siglap. It looks brilliant. Not sure if it'll look good on my Zee. Getting the tyres tomorrow. 8)
