Z4 2.5si - collection

Hi people !
Just joined this forum, and this is my first post. Hope everyone had a swell weekend
Have not spent much time reading through the threads, so apologies if this has been brought up b4. Need to check something - will be collecting our new Z4 in a couple of days. Is there anything we need to look out for ?

Thanks ! No worries abt TP. Never had any problems with them.... so far ! I'm quite law-abiding, most times...

make sure:

1) there aren't any scratches on your rims or the underside of your front lip.
2) tires are of the correct size and pressure.
3) your master and spare keys can open and close the roof and that windows wind all the way down/up to the correct position and not halfway.
4) the roof stows away completely and that there's no gap between roof and car body
5) listen out for rattles on the way home
6) no scratches on your leather
7) tool kit and warning triangle's in the trunk
8) steering wheel aligned.

not too familiar with the new engines though so can't help with respect to stuff to look out for in the engine bay.

Hi Louis, thanks for the pointers ! esp no.4... I wouldn't have given it a thought ! Don't think I can test the roof for water leakage tho...

check for scratches on the inside as well. I discovered a scratch on the trim, and they offered to replace it when the part comes in.
