Xenon Projector Retrofit Kit for E46 OEM Halogen Headlight

I have come across this on E46fanatics as well as ebay. Have any bros here installed this on their OEM non xenon headlights before? It look intresting and is cheaper than buying a new set of lights.

This is the product on ebay:

I understand that one has to also buy the Xenon bulb, ignitors and ballasts after installing the projector.

Me interested too if it can be done. The problem is that the picture is really short of a lot of parts to complete the installation. I dun see the plastic cover around the lens, ballast, rubber cover and harness.

But it its all there, why not....

The seller told me that a bracket (which he have for USD25) is needed for the installation. Wonder what else is needed. The ballast and bulds has to be purchase separately. The seller has all this parts for sale in other auction.
