Mini Cooper S (number plate not my user name)
Red with white top. (decal of twin spaced white racing stripes down the bonnet.)
Reg: 15 June 2007
Mileage 28,000km (not adjusted. just very under-used. purchased and serviced at Habitat, can check records)
Auto Transmission.
COE: $16,181
OMV $35,494
I am the 2nd owner.
100% accident free. (I happen to also know the 1st owner.)
Never tracked.
Never modified.
Very well taken care of. Covered parking at home and office.

Selling due to overseas posting.
Asking $89,988.
Will consider serious offers. Not posted on Sgcarmart yet.
Low mileage gem. Feels like brand new, no rattles, serviced every 15,000km.

Car has not been exported. Nor is it an import used car. First owner bought from habitat, n I bought from first owner. Still being driven daily. Mileage stands at 26,700km as of today. But posted 30k km just in case.

But due to all the FT in Sg, I am being exported. :):offtopic:

Asking price a little high.. Market is around $8xK for your reference purpose. :) There's a higher mileage model asking at $79K (82K mileage though)...

But indeed yours is a low mileage gem! Ups!

Thanks for the up.

Yes, I did my research on sgcarmart before deciding on the price.

The upside to buying my car is the extremely low mileage, and that is also the main reason why I am not selling to dealer.

As we all in BMW sg know, high mileage cars come with leaky oil pans, crappy loose transmission (and 1 transmission change is not cheap), crappy undercarriage, etc etc etc...

Thus, sure, there are many cars out there that are newer... 2008 or later selling around there, or for less. But mileage... 50k -90k km.... pay $10k less but end up change transmission, change oil pan, change alternator, change aircon compressor, change link-arms, struts, etc.... more than $10k gone.

I did a similar analysis before buying this car as well. I viewed a newer car that is 2008... selling for 5k cheaper... but mileage 56k km. Loud, loose and felt bad... then I tried this 07 one... and also tried the brand new one at habitat... decided ultimately to pay the higher price for a car that feels like a brand new one....

Thing is that the car not giving me any problems, selling it becos I am leaving the country for work, thus no point parking there collect dust and paying $$....

Fun to drive Go-cart with very low mileage (27,000km only) needs to sell soon, or to dealer it will go.
