This varies from shop to shop, and quite widely actually. As kevinbmw suggested, it is best that you check with site sponsors and other paint shops. Get them to quote, but I recommend that you go to a place that you feel comfortable with.

FYR gotta some paint quotes recently, bumper around $250-300/ea, and side skirts is around $120-150/each side.

I believe if you only have "one side" then the other side of the quad would look "naked"

Maybe TS have the stock diffuser for one side?

Single diffuser for 320i (i.e. one side only) can get from Eng Soon at $140.

I also have a 335i diffuser (single hole on two sides) for sale in a separate thread.
