PCD : 120mm
Front : 18x8, 120mm, ET 35, 8.5kg without tyres
Rear : 18x10, 120mm, ET 25, 21.6kg with tyres

These wheels have absolutely no curb rash whatsoever. Close to flawless condition. Were previously mounted on a Z3 M Coupe with 10mm spacers in the rear for an effective offset of 15mm.

The rears come with BridgeStone SO3 (18 285/30) mounted (manufactured 21st week of 2003) with about 30% tread left. No tyres with the front wheels and the fitment is 18 225/45.

I will send more pictures upon request since I can only attached a limited number of pics here.

Please contact me at my mobile, 9661-6981. I do not visit this website often so please do not leave me a PM.

Price is $1,000 fixed. Please do not contact me to negotiate...

Re: WTS : Enkei NT03+M

tripplem,

see how i understand your last 'lesson'.. :D

- e46 M3 offset, front 43 8.5'', rear 22 9.5'' ? this would be nicer than stock.. true/false?

wheel on sale got front 35, rear 25. so, say an m3 owner wants to buy this wheel,

- front wud be jutting out by 8mm? but it'd still be ok as the width is only 8''. true/false
- rear wud be fine, even with 10inch width. true/false

cheers!!

Your current dimensions :

Front 19x8.5 ET43
Rear 19x9.5 ET21.5

If you use the Enkei,

Front outside facing jut out by 1.65mm
Front inside facing less by 14.35mm
Conclusion : Your front should be ok.

Rear outside facing jut out by 2.85mm
Rear inside facing jut out by 9.85mm
Conclusion : You gotta check the inner clearance to the shocks and outside clearance to the fender. But 2.85mm not really a concern unless you're already at the limit. Of more concern is the inside facing which is almost 1cm.

Let me know if I got my calculations wrong...

Ok back to the drawing board

E46 M3 stock rims hv offsets +47 front and + 27 rear
On OEM 18 in, they are 8 J front and 9J respectively while on OEM 19, it's 8J and 9.5J respectively

The Enkei rims above has 8.5J +35 Front and 10J +25 rear.

The front Enkei rim vs stock has 0.5J difference and that matters most to the inner clearance. M3 hv pretty deep well so that isnt a concern at all. FYI, there are even 9J fitted on the front with a more negative offset.
So conclusion: Enkei 8.5J with +35mm fits fine onto your car.
FYG, I hv 8.5J with +37mm offset ( +47mm OEM CSL minus 10mm spacers )..No rubbing issue even with the car lowered with 1.5finger gap left only.

Rear is a little tricky but let me give you some other real life example.
BBS CH 19in 10J has +25mm offset for M3 fitment. So the Enkei 10J with +25mm shouldnt be any problem, convinced?

One great thing bout BMW rear set up is that the rear suspension has a separate shock and spring and this gives alot of clearance for a wider rims.

I was actually surprised that your Mcoupe could take in +15mm offset ( 25-10 spacers) !......Don't think the new Z4M can do that w/o rubbing. I hv tried fitting a +27mm offset rear rim onto a Z4 and it rubs mad during hard cornering...

If you've seen the M Coupe, you'll notice how much wider the rear wheel arches are. And believe me, people in the US have fitted 305 without any rubbing. And mine was with a lowered suspension :)

wow, i sure learned alot from the above... great informative stuff....

i for one has gone wrong when i bought 9.5" rear DPEs that could only fit the coupe due to offset clearance....

anyway, bump for wheels........ :)
