No scratches on the leather but some slight/mild scratches on the plastic on the euro tray.

For the Original AC handbrake handle.. is it a brand new one or isit used?

yes it is used. DIY should not be a problem.

it's like a "cover" for the handbrake handle right?

You got to remove your original leather handbrake to fit the ACS one. Slip on over the metal rod once the leather piece comes off.

hi guys, thot just wana share this link with you for your ref.

its really not difficult. did it based on this instruction to change my brake lever, and also the leather boot.

i chose to twise the original leather handle off, so that in case i sell it someday, i can fit the original back. to make it come off a little easier, before twisting it off, i used a thick wire (actually i cut off fm those 'wire clothes hanger') and just stick it in between the metal part and the original leather handle (after sliding off the leather boot). This is to help to remove any glue/sealant which they applied when fitting the original. Else it might take quite a bit more force to twist and slide it off...
