Bo leh. Only some of the 7 speed 1.4 litre got daiji. 2litre using 6 speed.

Even if got problem the car is covered under warranty.
Maybe 1st owner use no problem then the next fellow take over got problem leh.
BTW 2L VW use the wet clutch type gearbox without those problems associated with those 1.4L cars.

Eh.... performance wise it was compared to the golf gti that was available at that time. Definitely not comparable to the current gti. It's stance is lower and wider than the golf.
