As for the stock E46M3 rims to fit E36 sedan/coupe Non0M, only the front set of the former can be used to fit the latter all round.
If you are talking bout the E36 M3, then I think the rear of E46M3 rims may fit but probably require fender rolling...I stand to be corrected on this one
