WTB:E90 front Bmw emblem

Re: WTB:E90 front Bmw emblem

Go to Sunshine Plaza (across the rd from NAFA). There is a small shop on the ground floor at the rear (from NAFA) face of the building facing a small road. it sells most car emblems. I got mine (e46 same as e90 i think) there for around $20 for a pair of front and back. you can choose CF types too. ask for 3m tapes in case they do not give you.

Mine fell off after a car wash while i was driving. the poron double sided tape cushion will wear after regular high-pressure jet washing (very bad...esp they also spray at the wing mirrors....not very smart). I suggest after you get your new emblems, apply some silicone sealant around the perimeter of the emblem when pasting to prevent water seepage...can extend life. search for related threads here under technical i think.

I think BIM Shop sells them too.

Re: WTB:E90 front Bmw emblem

thanks for the recommendation Lane....my Bimshop retired from doing emblems liao.
seems like the BMW AG lawyers like me very much....sent me love letters even when i aint doing that anymore while most others are like selling so openly.
anyway, u can get that off Sunshine (stickovers) or from some of the other site sponsors (actual emblem). have fun guys

Re: WTB:E90 front Bmw emblem

yea e46 and e90 emblem is the same, front is 82mm,back is 78mm,i think u should get a new pair of grommet for the"legs" of the emblem from the shop,a new grommet is more than capable of holding on to your new emblem even under moist condition. a picture of a grommet is attached in case you have no idea what it is.

Re: WTB:E90 front Bmw emblem

eh...for grommets, u probably have to get from bmw agent.
anyway for your case, i suspect the emblem piece is still there, just the logo thingy came off rite cos thats common for alot of bmws. if thats the case, no need to change grommet

Re: WTB:E90 front Bmw emblem

thks for the many helpful replies...! will check on my car later. i suspect its juz the logo dat is missing as i still see the silicone gum intact. So do i hav to go back to the agent to get the logo or elsewhere? any recommendations? Many thanks!

Hi, you can also get them from Eng Soon (a parallel importer of genuine bmw parts) near Bendemeer Road.
