WTB: Aftermarket E90 Bootlift kit.

Hi All,

Does anyone know if it's possible to fit a piston on the bootlid so that it opens up fully after unlocking the boot., a la 5 series?

It's a hassle opening the bootlid with one hand and putting in the pram with the other...

have checked b4 with Mike, seems not possible due to the boot design where the 5er has 2 arms holding it making it possible. likewise the 7er.

3er has a smaller & narrower boot opening, adding 2 arms to the boot would make loading unloading more difficult. tat's why 3er doesnt have the 2 arms since E46 day as well, did u notice? hope this help!
