Mother and son found dead in Bedok Reservoir - Yahoo!

The bodies of a young woman and her three-year-old son were found by the shoreline of Bedok Reservoir on Thursday morning.

Police received a call for assistance at 6:50am, and the two were pronounced dead by paramedics at 7:15am.

The bodies are believed to have been 32-year-old Tan Sze Sze and her son Jerald Chin Le Hui, who were last seen in Clementi on Tuesday morning, reported Channel NewsAsia.

Yahoo! Singapore understands that news of the two being reported missing was released on Wednesday.

It is also understood that Tan was found dressed fully in red, while her son was in a red shirt and white pants.

Police have classified the case as unnatural death and investigations are underway.


Sad, but fierce, wear fully red. The wife must really have a vendetta against someone, probably the husband.

I am curious, if its true that wearing Red means the dead return as vengeful spirits and cannot be reincarnated, then why did the mother want the kid to also suffer the same fate even after death?

Every individual has different mentality and different threshold for stress. I do not agree to ending precious lives to solve problems. The mother must have been through alot to make such a decision. God bless them.

If wear RED , traditionally is revenge, only few condition... if single must be kenna rape, but married most likely husband got lion & give up the family, cannot be casino.

i console milk not to jump in RED once, he was raped by hitmee few times.

Really sad to read. Along with many of you, I really don't understand why the mother need to drag the son along? Ending one life does not solve problems. Sigh..
