I was with wife at my house carpark yesterday and we saw one bangala washing cars. He came over and asked me if my car need a wash, $50/mth Mon-Fri... He uses water and cloths only... I said 'No Thanks' and my wife keeping nagging at me why didn't give him the deal and he look so pitiful. I said it will leave scratches everywhere one... This morn wake up nagged again, said give him the deal cos she wanna help him... Lim pei si bei tu lan and told her off, if you wanna help... Every week give him $10 ask him buy makan... He no need waste energy somemore... Thats a better help... Actually I dun mind cos everyday when goin to work you see your ride clean and shiny... more shiok... but I treasure my '2nd-wife' alot... dun wanna see her injure with scars... what's your take guys???

A bit risky...might create a lot of swirls when washing without soap. I won't do it.

make sure the bangala not handsome... (just joking ya).......i think bangala can wash better than my maid but make sure cloth is clean and not using a single pail of water for entire car inclusive of rims and tires.

One pail of water wash a few cars (or maybe many cars) before change water again.. eventhrough is shiny everyday.. but think I'll give it a pass

Looks like normal bangala ler... Not Shahrukh Khan lookalike ler... even a few pails of water also useless, his one piece cloth use for all the cars in my estate

The bangla @ my MSCP charges $35/mth, Mon to Fri but I have to give it to him for doing a gd job.

My car is squeaky clean every morning and he even makes the effort to clean my rims.

u sponsor him your own microfibre cloth maybe can consider.

Yep. I am paying same and so far so good. My car is 5 yrs so I f**k care about scratches.

my car is washed by a bangala in my MSCP too.. what i do is i will send my car to Revo for a polish every few months. he is doing a good job and my rims and car is always clean in the morning... unless you wash your own car.. you will get swirl from those at petrol stations too..

For me....never.....though i oso neber wash car myself (super lazy = faithful pertrol kiosk customer), i oso cant stand the tot of 1 pail of water + 1 cloth cleaning 3-5 cars on a daily basis !! Yes, even though I do go for machine polish every 2-3 mths, I seriously think the daily 'damage' done to the paintwork can neber be compensated / resurrected by these proper polishing loh :errrrrrr::errrrrrr::errrrrrr:

This is subjective, but for me, I won't. I don't even let my maid wash my whole car; she does the rims and dries the glass though.
However, I may consider Bangala when I'm older and has no more time or energy to wash my car myself.

Not for me as it will have alot of swirl marks on the paint work.

My cars are washed by an indian worker. I would say that he is very careful with the cars. He uses a seperate chamois cloth for the body and 1 for rims. He does use soap on my cars too. More importantly, he uses a diferent set of equipments meant only for my cars which he stores in my house and changes the water frequently using the tap in my house.

In that way, I get a squeaky clean car with minimised swirl marks (must admit there are swirl marks though) so i do not need to worry about driving to the groomers or about bird shit eating into the car till i can bring the car for its wash.

If you don't mind swirl marks then let the bangla wash.

The other thing that you have to worry is the detergent they use. Some say could be UIC/FAB or even Mama Lemon.

No way I will let them wash my car.
