Re: why is the meetup thread locked?
Given the history of certain posters in the forum, we've taken a required step to monitor discussions posted and started.
If we can't take you seriously enough given enough posts here in the forum, we will remove or close threads accordingly.
A "hoot terry session" does not seem like a meet up thread. It sounds and reads like a thread to make fun of certain individuals, which we do not want in our meet up folders.
In the "http://www.bmw-sg.com/forums/events-meetups-gatherings/39689-terry-wants-meet-you.html" thread, you stated you're not in Singapore, and honestly nytemare's content sounds like a joke.
So, is this a thread you guys want to start for fun or for real?If you guys want me to leave your threads be, post something that makes sense and not something childish. Have some level of forum etiquette to the community.
If you, and whoever else wants to band together to blow up this whole matter on the forums, we'll put the listed accounts on restricted privileges, no PMs, no signature, no profile pictures, no customized text, nothing. If this is not the way you like it, you are always welcome to find another forum to post your "fun" discussions. I'm going to be cutting down on this level of childish remarks, OTs, and irrelevant content.
If you guys want to try to play around with the rules, you can expect us to return it in kind. Please respect the rest of the members, admins and the rules.
