Which year E92 is a better choice?

Hi all, planning to get a E92. I like the E chassis rather than the F.

1. Which year's E92 is a better buy in terms of hardware/ software?
2. Should I get the one with a facelift or there is not much difference from the non-facelift?
3. Am looking at 320i or 325i. Any engine problems you guys encounter?

325i LCI is a better choice, 6cyc + got i-drive too...

320i LCI also got i-drive too ( just that BMW 6cyc Rocks...... )
