iv) any other good recommendation (performance tyre and also not noisy)

Last I checked about 3 months ago, Michelin PS2 around $330/pc 225/45/17 and SO3 around $270/pc.

PS2 gets my vote. It is suprisingly light in weight compared to SO3 and grips well in both dry and wet. Handling is nice and progressive, lots of feedback, lets you know when your tail is about to go out. I can't comment on SO3 handling cos I haven't tried it personally.

ES100 is from Yokohama under AVS design. I bought them before about 2-3 months back at S$240/each for 225/45/17...

You could try P-Zero Nero or Rosso, should be about $290 a piece. Another tire worth considering will be Bridgestone REO50A, about $290 a piece too. As for the ES100, I had it on my previous ride, best to avoid it if you are serious tracker/street driver . I brought it to PG and the tire cannot last more than 2/3 laps.............and it aqua plan quite badly at the speed of about 80km/h after running about 8000km on it.

I don;t think so, just check with Hurry Tire, there say not run-flat but a replacement for RE040. There is also a runflat with similar model name.

Just changed my rubber to GSD3 on Sat as they got 215/45/17
PS2 no stock got to wait.
Also, $ PS2 cost 50% more than GSD3.

Seems quiet but can't confirm as the tyres still very new. Had to run in for mabybe 5K km at least.
