Which PML Facility to service?

Hey guys,

My first service is due soon. Just from a show of hands, wanted to find out from your experience, which PML service facility is the best in terms of customer service, timing, proficiency of staff etc?

East Coast? Permance Centre? Sime Derby?

Hey dude!

Don't think Sime Darby does servicing... I used to go to Alexandra but since my CSA moved to Kampung Arang, I now go there!

Give a call to PML and book an appointment with either Teo Chee Sen or Kim. Specify which are the items to change or not to touch. They are great fellas!

If your car is really low, note that ur car will not be able to enter the washing bay (which is good, IMO) and be careful of the exit at Kampung Arang PML workshop!

I usually bring the car to the Kg Arang centre. They seem to be quite understaffed here though. The situation has been the same for the last 8 yrs as far as I am concerned.

I've personally dealt with a few Service Advisors before, as I had no particular preference for anyone. I must say that all of them have been professional in their job. So no worries there.

To avoid any disappointment, best to book service appointments in advance.

All the centres are the same as far as servicing procedures are concerned as it is governed by BMW HQ. what makes a difference is the CSA (Customer Service Advisor) ... whether you can click with him or not. Only way is to try out one or two and see how it goes.
