Which is better - PS3 or F1 Assym 2

Basically shortlisted to these 2. Originally wanted the CSC5P but they dun come in 17". Looking ton replace RFT cos too bumpy and harsh. Know that these 2 highly recommended but hope to get the quieter and more comfortably one. Any bro using these and comments? Thanks!

On the same note, I am considering having a staggered setup of 225/45/17 in front and 245/40/17 for the rear. Is this setup ok? Any offset required for the standard 125i rims? Sorry, newbie here.
