hi all,
anyone recommend where to service their car in the east?
since my ride is still under warranty, does it make more sense to service at PML in Kampong Arang which by the way, is quite bad with their customer service...;(

my ride is a x3, any workshops out there that specialize in SUVs?

thanks!!

Bro, are you talking about oil servicing?

If yes, since your ride is still under warranty, just go back Kampong Arang for 1 hour fast lane service. I was there last week, it's definitely better than Alexandra Road. Buy your own engine oil outside => total cost only $170 for your X3 including oil filter.

Re: Where to Service BMW in the East?

1) Your ride is under warranty. Kg Arang is a no-brainer.
2) You need regular servicing. What customer service do you expect from regular servicing?
3) As what C3PO said, if you want your own oil, bring your own oil.

Re: Where to Service BMW in the East?

oh really! what kind of oil should i use? which is the best?

what does the pml folks use on our machines?

thanks man!!

actually i am looking for a 2nd opinion on gear box jerk when engaging, the pml folks seem to tell me it's normal...

Re: Where to Service BMW in the East?

i found out that PML have now switched to Shell w30 oil instead of castrol. i think it is cheaper than castrol that is why they switch. Kampong Arang is very popular, very crowded too !

Re: Where to Service BMW in the East?

My car is out of warranty. No need to go PML workshop.
Any others BMW workshop in the east, Ubi/Kaki Bukit/Tampines area?

M&Q is at Tampines. Look at workshop page for their contact.

But how is their service standard?
In this forum, everyone is always talking about the same few site sponsor workshop which are mostly in Sin Ming.

Re: Where to Service BMW in the East?

Bro, do you want to maintain your full warranty?

Can also try Munich bro, only 2 authorized dealers. So since Pml is not your cup of tea. Go MA lor. Good service at least
