Where to repair 3-piece rims?

I know most of you will refer me to Yew Lip... but i have a set of 3-piece rims that requires repair due to curb rash... the lip is chrome and not painted, so cant do putty and spray...

Anyone knows a good place to get it done?

is it polished lip or chrome lip?

polished lip can ask chikenbackside..he done it before..
if chrome lip u have to take the lip out and dip it...i dont know if anyone can do it in singapore.. worse comes worse go JB do
