nowhere else. The hardware is easy. But you need them to recode for you to have the AUX displayed in IDrive. No workshop outside has the software to recode.

nope. nothing fits into the console like ours do. you can try to source for multimedia add on for TV or Car PC like mobridge or something. But that costs a lot more also except that it comes with a lot of versatility.

What about a ipod cable link to the idrive? Only PML does it? If so the cost?

I have purchased the cable from PML that makes this AUX-In work. This is for 2004-2006 cars (i think) that don't have aux in, like my 2004 530i. Now I don't need it anymore coz I am doing up other stuff instead of interior and entertainment. PML price is $150-160. I can sell for $120, brand new in box, orginal BMW part. BVO Bernard told me he can figure out how to program it. Anyone interested, let me know. PM me.

I am interested but somehow I know that no one can program Idrive other than PML even if we have the hardware to retrofit. If this is possible then we have a lot to explore with other retrofits =)
