Saw other ppl post in other threads about software updates, so also not too sure which software they are referring... I just got my ride 4 days ago... and is a 2005 model, so the software might be outdated... so... seeking help from here...

I think some people think that cars are like iPhones or PCs which you need periodic software updates. Well, you don't.

Iphone 3GS updated with IOS 4.3 & it really slow down the device:juggle:

To be fair, you can't blame them if its their first time driving a bimmer. I was once a blurr sotong myself.

Hey actually there is a software update from what I know. The '05 model for e90 lacks certain functions like auto locking after travelling a certain distance and a couple of other things I can't recall. And I remember reading somewhere that a software update would rectify these issues. I believe PML can do it.
