i think 245/40 17 on 17" is about the limit. anyone has 255/30 18?

My rear tyres is 255/35/18. No problem if your rims offset is proper.

how do u figure out how much offset is right?... thanx for ur patience.... any good webbies u chaps know that i should check out re: tyres/rims info?...
